Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days for Dhaka and 5-7 business days for other regions. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
• Express Delivery: Available in select areas of Dhaka, express delivery options can get your products to you within 1-2 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery address. The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Packaging

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. After the first failed attempt, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery. If the second delivery attempt fails, your order will be returned to us, and you will be refunded the cost of your order, minus the shipping charges.

Currently, Aikhane.com does not offer international shipping. All orders must have a valid shipping address within Bangladesh.
